Shaman - Canni 2 - Available in classic (green?)

The current quest takes you to Kunark - but the wiki says it's a classic lvl 39 spell. Will this be sold at vendors? Will there be an alternate quest? Or is it actually a Kunark spell?

Kunark introduced levels 51+, but that doesn't mean it only added 51+ spells. Several classes got new lower-level spells. Just as Shaman got McMerrin's Feast (Cann II), Druid's got Charm Plants, for instance.

However, both spells can only be acquired by questing in Kunark. If you can't get to the continent it will be impossible to acquire these spells, whether or not the devs actually implement them in Green at launch or not.
