Song of the Deep Seas still appears to be a short duration buff (18 seconds or so)

These patch notes which are in era, support it being same duration as singing short sword at 2.5 min.

Item Changes:
Increased the duration on Song of the Deep Seas (the proc on a bardic weapon) dramatically.

Just checked on v50, Song of the Deep Sea's (1973 (http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spell.html?id=1973)?) is still lasting for 3 ticks instead of 25.

This proc also does not seem to be working as a group buff, I receive the buff but receive a spell did not take hold message for others in my group.

The time appears to be fixed on this now, but it is still procing as a self only effect and not on the entire party.

Is it a spell stacking issue, or is it no applying to anyone in the group?

Also - I need more info on how long the group effect was broken based on the September 2001 comment that it was fixed.

It is currently not applying to anyone in group besides the bard. I don't believe there is any other spell that this shouldnt stack with, should even stack with bard epic iirc. The only mention I see of it being self only was the sep 16, 2001 post which was corrected by the guy in the post u linked above on sep 21, 2001.

Turning target group buff off fixed this guess the bug is that having target group buff on for a bard makes their proc group buffs not work on the group, same issue with the bard epic proc.
