Mrylokar’s Dagger of Vengeance: Feast of Blood

It seems that “Feast of Blood” has been changed from a 100pt resistible LIFETAP to an unresistable 30pt 3tic DOT with NO healing component of a lifetap.

I’ve checked with another rogue, and he is reporting the same. Please let us know if this was done in error, or an intended change.

Confirmed dot does not appear to be healing like it should.

Tested on my rogue I almost never play and it looks like while the DoT is functioning to some degree (can't confirm if it's indeed unresistable as I was fighting trash), there is no healing recourse buff component attached to the caster.
