Characters Missing after Server Restart

I thought I posted this, but I don't see it.

I patched and logged in no problem. Server goes down for a reboot and I log out. After blue server comes back online all the characters are gone. I'd think that if I had no problems after I patched, then it's not something I did. Any ideas?

Experiencing this issue also. Tried multiple times on two accounts no characters at character select.

I was playing just fine this morning and then logged off for my morning routine. I too got back on and everything is completely gone. This new patch has royally effed everything up to an epic status!

I downloaded the files one more time and re-extracted them and it can see my characters once more. I see the files are different sizes so they probably had a bad set at one point.

** FIXED **
They rolled out version 49 w/o letting people know. If you downloaded the patch early, it was version 48. So today, we did 47 -> 48 -> 49. You are likely on patch 48 and just need to download and copy the new files.
