In classic? Fbss by far. Only real obtainable haste outside of dragons in classic. Unless your looking at a mith 2h. Then the TBB wins.

Mith 2h is essentially a 21/28 thanks to haste..hard to beat in classic

Warrior only though.

Let me tell you, a 30 warrior with this thing can mow the hell out of low blues. Especially with the melee bandage trick keeping hp at 50% in case a few bad rounds coincide with a minute without procs.

Late response since I've been gone.

Mithril Two Handed+TBB is better unless you can get a FBSS+Razing sword of Skarlon.

The Razing sword is pretty rare, but the best non planar.

After that the best weapons are Beckon off Innoruuk (Large Races only) or a Soul Leech off Cazic Thule (Which is also needed for your epic).
