Velious Cleric Pre-Raid BiS?

I've been trying to optimize my equipment as best as I can prior to moving forward to raid gear, but the wiki page is incomplete and I haven't been able to find any posts giving any suggestions about what pre-raid Velious gear is ideal for a cleric.

Can anyone provide some insight? What items are best pre-raid?

One set of gear that makes wis 255 and rest +mana and another set of gear that makes your resist magic at least 120 and yeah epic eventually

Does 1 grouping Kael PH count as pre-raid?

This isn't WoW, you don't have to have pre-raid BiS to raid.

If you can hit your CH macro at the proper time, you can raid on just about any cleric for 90% of content.

Get in there and get raiding! The gear will come.

Filled out spell book and plenty of peridots. A few cloudy potions if not rings of shadows.

Tash stick, atone click. Snare neck if Innorruuk.

Jboots/sow pots.

If looking forward to raid gear a fully charged mallet and possibly reaper of the dead.

OT hammer, wc cap.

Pegasus cloak. Mage summoned dispel click possibly.
