Fire Bolt seems to be missing its graphical effect?

The level 8 wizard spell Fire Bolt currently summons a little red dot that heads towards the target. But that's it, it's just a dot.

In classic this was a big fireball, not just a dot.

The proc on Dagarn's Tail has this effect and it also had this graphic: a fire bolt was summoned and made its way to the target. This effect is missing from p99 also.

Now -- is this effect missing from the bolt for everyone else? I just see this:

This is a client limitation. The particle effects we have control of are bound to a character model or static location and not an object. So there’s no way at the moment to have a particle effect act as a projectile.
