new player but need tech help

Hi.. new return to eq player.. but.. mouse is not sensitive enough in game. It takes 4 or 5 swipes of the mouse across the pad to turn.. where can I make those kind of adjustments?.. the way it currently stands.. its unplayable unless all npc's agree to run around to the front of me before interacting.. LOL

"Alt O" as in oscar, brings up option menu, there is a tab for mouse

Also make sure to limit fps to around 50-60,mouse behave strangely and there's plenty issues with the in game physics with higher values...
