Monk Pipes - MQ questions

So I am working on my monk epic. I have done everything on my own and last part is getting celestial book.

So I am buying the MQ pipes.

The pipes are from 2 different people, is the turn-in to skelly brother easily screwed up?

I do not want to lose my robe (brother z fight).

Any advice is appreciated.

Yes. If you absolutely don't want it to get screwed up, have a high level enchanter charm the mob. It's easy otherwise. Just don't hail him if you're using the sneak method.

Yeah, just find a level 60 enchanter and have him Dictate the mob. That charm lasts for 48 seconds and it will not break early.
