I have a character named Krak, said character is not anonymous.
I've been informed that I never show up with "/who all krak"
In fact, it looks like "/who all k" returns nothing, while "/who all m" returns results as expected.

You have the same name as an NPC in the game

Doesnt answer all the questions, but this might be part of the problem

Wondered if this could be part of the issue, but appears it isn't. Met a druid named Krackers who also doesn't show up when using /who all krackers.
My guess is that there's some unused parameter masking that's still in place that is causing issues.

Krackers won't match Krak.

Krackers won't match Krak.
Correct. However, if you read my last post I said that "/who all krackers" returns noone as well.
I think there's some parameter masking that's occuring with 'kra' which even prevents "/who all k" from working.
Give it a try:
/who all k = no results
/who all m = lots of results

Just tested with a new char named Krammy.
These don't work:
/who all k
/who all kr
/who all kra
This works:
/who all kram
