Unknown error trying to log in on only ONE of my accounts

Hello! I have 2 accounts, my main and my secondary account. The main account I can log in without any issue, but the secondary account I get an unknown error while trying to join message. I have tried on 2 different computers in my home and I get the same error on both. HOWEVER people logging onto my secondary account from other ip addresses are able to log in. Help! How can I fix this. I did try changing the eqhost.txt file as suggested in the faq but that just gave me a timeout error instead.

have you fully turned off your PC and then tried logging into the second account? same error? Could be an IP issue thinking you are logging in twice from the same location.

I rebooted both computers multiple times =( I have also reset my router now and still have the same problem =(

Addition: I can log in MANY accounts just fine, it is only this ONE account I cannot log into.
