Cleric text does not show amount healed

This happens only on Cleric with all settings the same. Other characters eg. Shaman, Druid and even Necro I can see how much I am healing someone for. I have unfiltered all and the text still does not show.

Don't only the higher level heals do this? I feel like I remember it starting to work with greater healing and above. May have been the tier below that, but pretty sure minor and lesser healing just tell you the "feels a little better" message.

I noticed with the channeled complete heal it will tell you the HP healed, but with the Donal's CH click you only see the "Target is completed healed." message without the HP.

Mcoy do you know if that is classic? It would be fun to see "You have healed an icy servant for 23980 points of damage."

Hrm. I went looking through my old logs after Rezzie's question:

I don't see amount healed there for Greater back in the day, and even after luclin:

[Tue Jul 30 02:46:38 2002] Your Book of Obulus feeds you with power.
[Tue Jul 30 02:46:38 2002] Celdily feels much better.

I have many gaps in my logs, but I do see this from 2004:

[Fri Aug 27 21:25:31 2004] You begin casting Complete Healing.
[Fri Aug 27 21:25:40 2004] You have healed Gromlok for 1794 points of damage.
[Fri Aug 27 21:25:40 2004] Gromlok is completely healed.

There's also the classic "crit heals reporting different HP than heal message" too:

[Fri Aug 27 21:25:54 2004] You begin casting Supernal Remedy.
[Fri Aug 27 21:25:55 2004] A Confused Air Elemental begins to cast a spell.
[Fri Aug 27 21:25:56 2004] Your Mantle of Flame Wisdom feeds you with power.

[Fri Aug 27 21:25:56 2004] You have healed Sammyboy for 3353 points of damage.
[Fri Aug 27 21:25:56 2004] Sammyboy's wounds fade away.
[Fri Aug 27 21:25:56 2004] Your Boots of Vengeful Fury flickers with a pale light.

Re: the original question. Unfortunately I didn't have logging enabled on P99 until I was in my 40's, but I do see that it reported an amount for Superior:

[Sun Nov 09 18:47:03 2014] You begin casting Superior Healing.
[Sun Nov 09 18:47:08 2014] You have healed Sampten for 583 points of damage.
[Sun Nov 09 18:47:08 2014] Sampten feels much better.

I think you are most probably right about the amount showing at later healing levels. Thanks again for going through old logs for this, much appreciated.
