Hi All,

I’m 58 and should earn my stripes and at least try for the Swiftwind. I’ll try to get the Swirling Sphere and VS rock the normal way. I’ll scrimp and save for a MQ if not.

The one question is the Jaeil fight. I’m not a raider (my schedule is wacky) so I’d like to bother people as little as possible. I do help others with epics whenever possible but still.

1. Is this a normal 1 group fight or is it like one group with the best gear fight?
2. Is the path to him painfully long or with invis and lull can most of it be bypassed?
3. Supposed I bugged my brother to do an aggro pull with a lvl 1 Bristolbane rogue. Is there any chance with sow Jaeil the Wretched could be dragged out of hiding for the turn-in?

The last part is a bit dodgy. I’m assuming he would would path back so the hand-in would involve probably mezzing, snaring and camping both the ranger and chanter out. I’m not sure the mechanics on blurring a level 55 quest mob so maybe that’s not needed.

All assuming a level 1 with sow and a cloudy potion could make it back to the group. I feel like that should be on YouTube if he can pull it off...

Use a break gnome magician. Set pet at J, pet suicide pull to get where you want to be. I think Wedar used level 12 for bind/invis.

The word 'break' should have read 'Brell' if you didn't catch that.

Oddly my brain auto-corrected and read Brell. Didn’t see the typo until now. I’ve definitely been playing this game too long...

You could duo him with a cleric, a decent cleric could paci/ivu there with minimal fighting if you start in the yael pit.

I’ve soloed him with enchanter. You should be able to duo or trio him without issues with a healer. The hard part is getting to him. Crawl down/up to him though. Its fun!

Ah cool. Might see if I can enlist a cleric when I have the other pieces lined up. Can have my brother play my paladin. Sounds way easier than even the wiki suggests.

Thanks everyone :)
