Processing combat turns while unconscious

I had a combat turn processed while my character was knocked unconscious, which is hilarious, but probably shouldn't be possible.

Is this just a client/server hp regen mismatch or something?

This is a level 1 char by the way. Human wizard.

usually whats processed while your unconcious even tho it shows up, the server undo the process or does not save, happens alot when die by train you get a Defense Skill up, but when you respawn, that point does not go up
