I couldn't find the answer in any previous posts but can Cazic-Thule worshiping Erudites bank in Grobb and/or Oggok safely?
This would be based on default faction alignment.

I couldn't get past the guards to check at either.

I did go and kill Miotaurs and Kobolds in Steamfont for a few levels and got enough faction there that I can bank and sell in Ak'Anon. That's the only one I have bothered with so far (there is Necro spells there too so that's a bonus.

I'm wondering about cabilis too. Obviously they are also Cazic Thule fanaticists so religion and class shouldn't bring about too much of a negative modifier... You'd just need to offset the amount of faction the penalty/boost for being erudite/iksar. Legion of cabilis seems steady enough. What about crusaders though?

does skelly illusion let you in or do you need the iksar boost?

I played an Erudite SK on live and can confirm it took massive faction work to just get in the front gates of Cabilis. Seems most of their hate is race-based, not deity-based :(

Never did get that Greenmist...

Yep, iksar just hate any non iksar. Factioning there is perfectly doable through, slaughter iksar pariah and other bandits (1300+ should fix the necro faction), slaughter goblins/sarnaks (or kill in sebilis) to fix warriors (and guards) also in the thousands kills needed (outside sebilis, not sure if hits are bigger there), then turn in around 70 8slots backpacks of bone chips to fix sk, shamans mnk and residents (vendors and bankers).

Did you try skelly forming it on live?

I'm pretty sure I have an AoN on test server maybe I should give it a try?

On live ? Bone chips are vendor sold and you can turn them in by whole stacks I think...

Well, I just checked last night that Erudite Necros are "glared at threateningly" by both guards at Grobb and Oggok.
So as it stands now, I know I can bank in Paineel and Qeynos Catacombs without working on faction. Anywhere else without having to work on faction? I'm assuming I'm dubious in Freeport.

Skelly form should make you non-KOS in the evil cities (aside from Cabilis). Call of Bones is very helpful in this regard

You can for sure bank in both Freeport and Kelethin. Freeport just stand in the hallway and click the banker out of sight from around the corner. Kelethin walk on the outside edge of the platform and click banker through the window. Obviously requires invisibility to get into position in both cases.

One of the weird things about bankers is you can be KOS and still bank with them. Hell, they'll bank with you even if they are actively attacking you.

Yes Kelethin is my new favorite spot to bank on my Iksar Necro - if you have invis, you can get up there and bank very safely (no need to FD even)

You are very likely only barely threatening in other evil cities. Probably requires far less faction work to get to be non kos.

Played an ERU SHD (Antoin) back on FV Server (you know, the roleplay one, where everyone spoke Elvish or Dark Elvish and traded normally NO DROP items).

It was safe to assume that none of the evil races really liked each other. I don't remember Oggok or Grobb being very happy to see me. I think I was dubious in Rivervale, but don't quote me. I could walk around Neriak.

The Humans in East Freeport were fine, and you can always bank in North Freeport. As for Faydwer, the Gnomes of Bertox were apprehensive I think.

As for Cabilis, Antoin had a Greenmist. Really nice sword; after a certain point it was a show piece as the proc didn't stack with the better spells. It is certainly doable. It's just going to mean a lot of dead goblins, dead iksar bandits, and the occasional dead sarnak (depending on how much Chardok faction you want. Going after Greenmist, you're going to lose a bit of it). And then Mozo and his bonechips...you're going to drop a lot of bone chips on his head. And that's just to get to the toilmaster! Work that 2H blunt, initiate.

I would say as a Cazic Worshipper you have it a little easier than most others, but not by much.

As an aside: Helm of Riddosan is awesome; ERU SHD is the only shadowknight that gets reclaim energy. Even if you have to wear it (I recall having to put it on later, I don't remember if it was clicky without wearing initially).
