New Druid

Hey everyone,
My character is Lockheart(Blue) and I'm a new EverQuest player looking to
experience whatever I can find. My friend and I tried progression live servers
but didn't quite feel it was the experience we were looking for as far as the rpg
aspect went. So here I am on p99 and already having fun with the large amount
of nuanced change. I'm pretty friendly and I love grouping (made a druid to feel
useful to others), and I'm looking for a group of players or guild to get into
some shenanigans with. For now you'll probably catch me outside Qeynos
bone chip farming up to 5!

Hi Stourne, welcome to EQ!

I also play a Druid and it's lots of fun. It's funny, when I first started playing I was all about going solo. Never played an MMO before this one, so I wasn't knowledgeable about group dynamics at all and was nervous to try. However, once I actually started grouping I had a lot of fun and now I like both grouping and soloing for XP. And as a Druid, there's different roles you can fill in a group as well as different ways you can solo, so lots of versatility imo.

Thanks for the reply! Had a druid help me get to my friend yestetday when we thought we would be stuck apart for awhile. Even more committed now haha tjey have handy open world skills!
