when azrael vs nihilum were fighting in plane of sky, dentists went to east freeport to kill stragglers

ended up just being grammar and i there, and we caught nizzar and about 7 or 8 other nihilum jumping down after someone from azrael

tstaff proc'd nizzar, got him to 40% with a full group and multiple tstaff monks beating on me, trak toothed him to 1%, grammar's scoriae finished him off

the trak tooth healed me just before a sunstrike from thrilla landed that then brought me back to 15% hp as i instant CT potted out

i crashed zoning while thrilla also gate potted to snipe the kill and left him with blue balls

Holo runs like three groups of toons that couldn't go to VP but my force is split, half on the boat behind holo and half at the chessboard. Have all the boys at the board camp on a hill and wait for the rest of us.

At this point we are planning a straight-up fight but while checking who I noticed about six of them were feared. These nerds pulled the dragon because they didn't know we had people camped there!

I called the login and we engage them immediately and killed everybody who didn't gate. I scored five kills or something the last one was Ragnaros on June who was leading the Holocaust B-Team shitters.

They LNSd and we took Faydedar.

Probably when me and my friend (shoutout to Youko/Knowmes) duo'd a full group of <WB> with our mages at Seafury Island on VZTZ. One of the cool things about VZTZ, going/anon didn't do shit so when we saw them where we were camped, it was on!

The most satisfying kill was me soloing Fortuitous (sp) in Mistmoore on my ranger even though he had OOR heals. Hi Savok :)

I was never good at PvP but I think killing Beastagor on that human monk in KC was my best kill.. Pure luck as I managed to channel Wildfire on him for full damage and dropping the remaining 30 odd % health he had.

I died to him afk afterwards doing raptors in TD and he got me in ferrot once.

Hearing that my trash can veliousish geared Paladin got used to destory both Mirkuls and Tune's Shadowknights 1v1, there some screenshots Ogrok has showing them both running off at low HP to plug (mind you these were BiS SKs with Vuulak and 3-4 dokekar lewts and every clicky under the sun vrs a trash can geared velious Paladin, kinda makes you wonder what a BiS Paladin could do)

Can't imagine how quiet both of them would have been in discord/ts after getting those whoopings.

i looted his corpse and had choice pickins he had amazing stuff from full bd gear to fbss and then i saw a beautiful iksar bp and it was mine

i was hooked on rallos from that point on

i sold the bp in gfay an hour later for 5k and as soon as i traded 3 wizards tried to get me but i banked the plat

im maybe lvl 58 on my rogue and we got a full Holocaust group + 1/2 people doing the VP key piece in KC. I forget what its called, you know the spot.

the fucking named spawns and Beastagor + 1 run our whole mini raid out of the spawn. Most of us plug or die. A few minutes later I log back in and check the spawn and those two assholes are DUO'ING IT. They were killing it slow as fuck, thankfully, but i couldnt believe they had the stones to try and kill the mob and steal my our loot. RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. I was floored. We had to fight back.

a few of us attacked them and they were forced to flee, Beastagor didnt want to plug to a rag tag group of 8 mid 50 walmart geared clowns, so he keeps running from KC to FM to LOIO to Cabilis, that was his plan anyway.

this stupid waddling Iksar is about 20feet ahead of us as we chase him through DL, into FM and then into LOIO. He was ahead of us enough that we would never catch him. I remember Datboom was with me and I forget the rest. It's a 2pm on a wednesday or something.

During the commotion, lil ole lvl 53 Yibz hears whats going on. He is an out of range bard at this point, and a new toon, and Beastagor had no idea this random toon was a bard. So as we go from zone to zone, yibz is about a zone behind us. Once he reaches us and we get him in the group he can selo us and we have a chance

We are about halfway through LOIO coming from the FM zoneline, yibz catches up and we get on top of Beastagor. We start flailing our arms and legs and spells helplessly trying to do anything to stop him. Beast kept running up hills and hitting shadowstep and popping out a few hundred yards away, and each time we'd run up and hurt him a little more. None of us melees could do much damage i think Datboom did most damage.

try as he did, he kept getting closer and closer to Cabilis. It was maybe within earshot when we finally got him low hp. You know the slow movement walk when someone gets below 13% , he was doing it. He got one last shadowstep off and we closed in because he was moving slow as hell. I luckily got the last hit and pierced him for 13 points of damage

the beast was slain. praise was had, people offline were messaging me because the news spread around AIM and other platforms. this gave me some credit and finally my guild saw me a little above the Scarfaces and other shitty epic rogues running around


a few months later at 5am outside Seb I ran into him again , 1 v 1, he whipped on me and I ran into seb but refused to plug, I was trying to sliver away and hide and he ran up and dropped a fatty HT and popped me like a zit.

Nilly vs Azrael rivalry really was the best on the box. Not just as guild v guild, but individual rivalries between players. People knew their guy, it was great. The server really was alive. So proud of my crew of misfits.

I couldn't log in to Velious for more than a day or two. It was impossible to get immersed.

I remember being in The Hole helping an enchanter with part of his epic. He was doing a turn-in there. He mistakenly thought he had to charm the turn-in mob. It resisted and killed him. Before our cleric could resurrect him, a grinning skeleton named Zjillahunapar showed up, brandishing the Staff of the Four, and he was a scarier sight than any golem or ghost we saw in that dark place. We evac'd, leaving the enchanter's corpse to rot. I changed my underwear and went /anon IRL. The End.

You can have a bunch of kills but when u die and don't lose a prized gear piece that made your reign possible it lacks the necessary reprisal consequence for doing it wrong... Especially now in velious with all the no drop gear available it is border reprehensible to not have at least a religious consequence (innoruk worshipper dying to a rainkeeper worshhipper... Yt could have improved impact in this case)
