A Sarnak Imitator

So I finally get together all the parts for my enchanter epic and run over to the turn in npc and low and behold he's not up.

I check in on him regularly for a few days and still nothing. Kill a few mobs in the area, nothing.

Does this npc have a placeholder? Why would this guy even be down? is someone killing him as a troll?

Any info would be appreciated.

Disregard. It took a few days but he eventually spawned :)

To anyone this happens to in the future there is no PH so no need to kill any mobs.
