Tunare Symbol Quest

Larik isn't spawning to finish Tunare symbol quest. People have been killing the placeholder for days in real life and has not spawned. You can't spawn larik to get the dark elf courier. Also it might be a day time/night time issue because its always daytime in the zone.

surely it shouldn't take 9 hours for a mob that's supposed to appear 1 out of 4 times to appear. i also have a druid named krackers as a witness.

also talk to druid named mapquest he's been doing this quest as long as i have.

also another druid is here wolffin is trying to complete the hearts part of the quest and hes having issues too.

It sounds like bad RNG to me. The npc is spawning as intended.

Also its always daytime in the zone regardless of the game time. Could that be an issue?

The always day/night is a graphical bug, if you camp or zone it'll fix it. All that matters is the in-game time being 8pm-6am. You can only get 3 or 4 attempts per in-game night. If you can see rancorous ghasts on track, then its night, and so the necro can potentially spawn.
