Edit: The Envenomed Breath Proc is barely producing any aggro. See posts below pls!

Spell originally did 27/tick, the listing you found on allakhazam is the damage it currently does on live.

Ah sorry my bad. Didn't know about the change since I never had one on live / never played a class with the spell.

On another note, the aggro from the proc seems low. Perhaps it is currently working as intended, but I have talked to various people who say it's supposed to be very good aggro. There's a post on zam mentioning it as well http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=343

I've been testing the aggro on the spell and have had an instance where a monk proc'd stun at the start of a fight and I had a lucky 3x streak of procs, yet did not pull aggro.

Just figured I'd mention this in case the spell is actually generating lower aggro than it should be.

I also don't feel like this proc is causing enough aggro. I played a shaman on live, and this was probably the most aggro-inducing dot line in the game. A resist does almost nothing for aggro, if it lands you get a little bit extra aggro. Stun procs (Ykesha, Stun, Force) still are 100x better for aggro. At the very least, resists need to cause more aggro.

Is the aggro on this proc scaled properly? It doesn't compare to ykesha procs or stun procs at all. When the spell lands or gets resists there's almost no aggro generated.

Here's a post talking about poison counter aggro for beastlords and reference to envenomed breath. http://beastlords.org/index.php?topic=4355.10;wap2
