Macro Cleric Epic?

Is there a macro line you can use to click cleric epic? I often get a tell from cleric when they click me, so I assume they have a macro that sends tell and clicks epic?

Or do they just have macro for tell and the epic click is manual.

Set epic on hot bar with macro on hot bar.

Use game options to set both hotbar buttons to same key press. Press key and voila you click your epic and do a macro
