The alligators (or maybe crocodiles? I'm not sure what the difference is) in Oasis all con "Scowls ready to attack" yet they are not KOS.

The lowland basilisks in butcher block con indifferently and are KOS. These are just the two that I've noticed so far.

The crocs in oasis are intended to scowl but not attack. That's the way it was on live.

The lowland basilisks are currently set up to con indifferent, but assist other reptiles. How should this work?

I don't recall the crocs, but it has been many years ago. The lowland basilisks assisting is fine, but they should not be KOS I don't believe.
