Although this is (1) item that could be worth *some* money. I say *some*, because it will continue dropping for a bit before it gets nerfed, so there should be a decent amount of them out there by the time that happens, assuming it's permacamped (DUH IT WILL BE)

The regen stacks with the tunic. It would be epic for soloing. However if I was going to spend 400k on this, especially for leveling an alt or something, I'd put my money into someone PLing my char instead. Thats just me though. GL with the sale.

The staff shouldn't be used by some twink, its generally used by necros so they can perma lich without worrying about the HP drop.

Yes and it overwrites any speed (sow/jboot) you have on.

Free bump for the sake of commentary: it does overwrite sow/joots and will snare you, but you can simply click off the effect and click your jboots (you SHOULD have jboots if you get this staff).

The version of this staff that will start dropping after the nerf will only be usable by druids/shamans... when equipped... while this staff will linger on and be usable by all from inventory. That, imo, makes it extremely valuable.

It's a sick, game-changing staff for a necro. I'd never personally drop 400k on it, or anything close, but there's no debating the awesomeness of the item.
