Quest Issue: Sharkskin shield [Archive]

Sharkskin shield quest no longer works. Used to give gold and faction and reward. Well the wiki states that the gold and faction work were removed via patch..but it seems they removed the reward too by accident. Could we get this quest implemented again please?? THANK YOU!!
