This seems an issue with your video card. Its not finding a 3D device. I would ensure your video card is ok and has the correct and most up to date drivers installed.
Reinstall your gfx card drivers . Reboot.
That doesn't work check to see if you have an integrated graphics card which might not play nice with a really old game like EQ.
You had this account since 2015 and I assume you played before. What changed on your computer? Why do you give zero information but expect tech help?
