Shai'din Revenant Bauble class issue

I am currently using a Shai'din Revenant Bauble that was looted during the first few days of the new Chardok 2.0 patch. My shai'din revenant bauble was even working this morning, even after the p99Files47 that were downloaded on 4-7-2019. I specifically used the same bauble after traveling through Siren's Grotto on the way to ToV. After zoning back into Western Wastes after ToV I noticed my bauble was now showing only NEC under the class list, and it was giving me an error for class/deity/race when trying to equip.
I messaged another player who was advertising a Shai'din Revenant Bauble in EC tunnel and mentioned the new NEC only class, however he linked me his bauble which still showed both NEC and SK under the class list. I mentioned to him what was going on with my bauble and tried logging in and out to try to see if that would fix the issue.

I have looked back and it appears to show people in 2012 - 2013 talking about the shai'din revenant bauble being used by both classes, potentially as far back as 2001.

I did not read anything regarding the nerf in the patch notes I read after downloading the recent P99Files47 patch. If there is any information you have regarding what changed, I would be interested in finding out. Thanks for helping.

I think this is not a bug, I think at first it was nec only on chardok 2.0 patch... Didn't done more research through... That fix could have made it to the patch note with such a nerf...

Ulgrumm the SK is correct, the Bauble should be NEC/SHD. I have one as well and its showing NEC only.

is there any evidence that it /was/ Necro only for any amount of time?

Looks like this item was nec only, then patched to include shd in ~Nov2001. We currently are still in ~Oct2001, so it should automagically work when the era is activated.

Telin made the initial change so I'll let him respond regarding further specifics.

Okay, I didn't scour patch notes, but there are some late 2001 ala comments regarding SK use- so I guess knights, yet again have to wait for "the patch" for their...anything... 2h patch...etc

Any existing ears are SHD/NEC when you zone they become NEC only.

Tested across a few characters.

So these should become NEC/SHD again on P99 when rogues can wear IGS? Or will that time never occur on P99?

Correct, once we patch November 2001 it will be usable by both classes again.

When I added the timeline rule for future servers, I was assuming our next patch would include November 2001, but we stayed in October 2001 so the item changed.
