There are 2 major things I see being an issue with these changes:
1. Gozzrem CH's. We have tested this and he is not able to be sieved. We mana sieved him after every CH he landed 7 times. He never ran out of mana. This means mana sieve needs to be fixed.
2. When trash around a dragon that is permarooted is being cleared, it will inevitably aggro that dragon and cause an FTE to.go out. This means mobs will be FTE locked while guilds try to clear trash. This will be an issue and need to be addressed.
3. If you want a crawl environment, removing the 2 players in each wing limit would allow exactly that. More of an opinion here but if guilds can strategically place their raid force in zone and not worry about being disqualified from mobs, crawling would be much more viable.
