war epic MQ by another class

if I am looking to complete my war epic and want to purchase a Hand of Maestro MQ, does that person have to be a warrior? can a bard turn in hand for me? does this apply to all the pieces like Spiroc Wing Blade, Queen blade?

It will work with maestro hand, I had a rogue MQ for mine. I can't tell you on the rest. A lot of the epic is doing combines which can't be MQ'd.
As long as the NPC cons the same to you both (amiable, indifferent, etc) there shouldn't be a problem.

I had a mage mq the hand to me and a bard mq the spiroc blade to me

Are you aware that the Hand of the Maestro turn in, if MQ'd, means that you're risking your green scale in the same MQ? Not directly, but you make the Mark of the Sword in the prior step and that item is part of the hand MQ.

Knowing that, it is really worth just killing Maestro and getting your own hand. It shouldn't be too difficult to get a group of ppl together to go kill Maestro.
