It is unclear whether or not this is even in game. No clue on the graphics :/

Yea man I tried doing some research but it was pretty unclear. I saw someone posted that it looked like a rolled up scroll but not 100% on how accurate that is.

It’s either insanely rare or not in. I haven’t seen one yet.

Well the mob that supposedly drops it, Korucust's Curier, is in game according to one of the Chardok farmers I spoke to. He said:

"Mob that drops it isn't killed much. Near Korucust area.

Probably won't see many of them unless that camp gets picked up some."

and

"Easy to get to, but difficult camp to break/hold for solo enc. I've killed him twice, but didn't see it."
