trying make a login account

just got my Titanium version EQ in the mail. Made the forums accounts but I get this when it comes to making a login account.

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

Sounds like you need to wait and check your email for a confirmation message.

Do I need a confirmation to make a login account? Is there something I needed to do other than make a forums account first?

its possible you do not have full access to the EMU system until you confirm the email confirmation- so yeah, if you haven't confirm it, do it
