After receiving payment in full, he will provide all eqemu and login information associated with the account as per our agreement.

lol, I would love to hear the story behind this. did it go like this: "ok, in accordance with me buying the account, you have to post on the thread on p1999 forums stating your account name and the fact you agree to the deal, just in case i need to file a civil suit to recoup my lost platinums."
