V46 files

Hey,

Just re-installed and was going to quit because I couldn't figure out why my game was telling me to update spell files.

In game it tells you to go to the "getting started" post but the post still lists v45 so I had to find the v46 files on my own in the patch notes.

Just a post to help others that get stuck in the same loop and to remind someone to update that.

I went through the past Error SP-1 threads looking for a solution and there was nothing to be found. I was feeling defeated.

This post got me in-game and everything is now working great.

Time to start my first P99 adventure!
