Human Vision - Dark During Day

I seem to be having an issue with night vision on my human character. From time to time I'm having to cast Eyes of the Cat on myself in the middle of the day because it's so dark when it should be light. Camping and logging back in fixes the issue.

I don't know if this is a bug related to Eyes of the Cat or what but does anyone know of any particular issues that cause this?

In which zone does this occur? There is an issue with sky type in certain zones, where it doesn't naturally transition from day->night night->day.

I have recognized it in gfay and Oggok so far.

I have had a problem in misty. relogging fixes it until day comes around again.
