Min lvl requirement for "The Lost Map"

ive been looking everywhere to find out what, if any is the minimum level requirement for the quest "the lost map" for "Eyepatch of Plunder" to essentially turn in the Map pieces and receive the reward.

On the wiki it says minimum level: 55 but that usually refers to what level it takes to complete the content, i.e. (Kill the mobs involved).

It'd be god awful to gather all the pieces, turn them in and receive nothing in return.

Does anyone know this info? Also theres no info on the lvl requirement for the Eyepatch clickie effect. is there one?

pretty sure you can just talk to the guy, and if he offers the quest, then you can do it. don't quote me though
