I've been camping Goonda and banking the bone armor and I decided to give away visible armor sets. Then I found a merchant in GF where someone was practicing blacksmithing and had sold 96 banded boots to the merchant. I bought them all. My goal is to equip 100 new players. Please send Aenor a tell if you need some starting armor. Sorry, I don't have anything for leather or caster classes.

Very welcome. PS banded is now trivial so I no longer need a blacksmith. If you didn't get bracers or a chest piece from me because I was out, hit me up and I'll have them made tonight. I can also make small and large banded to order at no charge (visible pieces only). I'll be doing this until I have given away 100 sets.

I had AFK up and zoned so that removed it. When I came back, I seen I missed a tell asking me if I wanted free gear, so when I got back I felt pretty bad, cause as a newb I need any gear I can get. I thought I had missed out.

So I was lucky when I semt him a tell and he still gave a set of gear. It is nice to have, because I will be wearing it for a long time. Replacements are hard to come by when you are leveling.

Please feel free to spread the word to other players you see in game that are struggling without starting gear. Once again, this is for plate and chain classes only. I'm unable to assist with gear for leather classes and casters.

This is my first post, and all I can say is that everything everyone says about Aenor is true and he is truly a special person to help us poor newbies the way he does. In some ways it is sad because now my poor lvl 4 human Ranger (Firebier) in Qeynos/Surefall does not have to hunt to make Patch Armor… : ) Anyway, thank a million Aenor and if there is anyone in the Qeynos/Surefall area that needs patch just give Firebier a tell and I will help you track down whatever size hide you need. Especially now that I have this awesome brand-new Banded Armor!
