Does anyone have some good GINA triggers for buffs mobs in zone etc Magician specific? Thanks!

like what Burnout 15min static. from %T goes goes berserk, Valiant_Companion 3:30 sec %T has become fearless! , volcity %T shimmers and blurs for 36 mins. and Mala %T looks very uncomfortable 13 mins thats about it....
