Last night (Feb 17), I was hunting wisps in Erud's Crossing.
After my first death on the island I somehow had a permanent levitate effect, as if I were on the boat. The levitate was not on my effects or song bar.
The effect lasted for nearly two hours until I died again at which point it cleared.
