I got my faction to Kindly with him, and I still cant get him to give a Sol Cauldron.

Tried "What about alloy" "I need a Sol cauldron" and many other varients of that.

Nor will he hand out the item at Warmly faction. Should be at Amiable.

Quest is working properly, there is an issue when asking about ronium that is case sensitive. Adjust your shift on the R and you'll get further.

OK, here's the situation.

You must use LOWER CASE. That's the part that threw me off, when half the quests on P99 prefer use of capitalized keywords.

The specific phrases that I found to work (after many, many permutations) were:

"I seek a bar of the ronium alloy"

and

"I want a bar of the alloy

I post it to save forum readers this mild nuisance.
