Significant problems with aggro across the board now - weapon procs brokenly weak as well as player cast spells. Devs please look into this; it is far from classic.

Hey there, sorry for the bump.

OG Troxx here. I was randomly Googling around and came across Project 1999.

I was the original Iksar Monk "Troxx" on Mithaniel Marr. Surname Tomte. I tried to PM you but the board said I wasn't allowed, so I sent a friend request instead.
