Outrider's Taming Whip

Outrider's Taming Whip procs are pulling agro off epic warriors. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem. Jolt when cast seems to be working as intended but my proc are getting me agro.

Anyone else having issues?

I just got one today, any news on this? i have yet to try it out properly but if it pulls agro that would be rather shitty.
