Unable to see item and spell names after the latest shutdown

When I drag my cursor over items and spells I am unable to see the names of items and spells after the latest shutdown

I am not having this problem, so it is probably your install or something about your PC. I would check Tech Discussion.

Found a thread about it, supposedly a PC restart is the solution... i'm about to find out. ty
