Enchanter Epic Haste not updated to 30 minutes

Still only lasting 19-20 minutes and not the 30 that the patch note says.

Telin: Increased Speed of the Shissar duration to 30 minutes.

confirmed, I experience the same issue. GINA timers confirm that it lasts 20 minutes, not 30.

Fixed issue with Speed of Shissar not calculating its full buff duration.
