Description:
Alimaja Shanthun is for the starting Cleric specific armor quests (Example (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=24987)) for erudites in Erudin - a quest that isn't in-era until around the patch that creates Halfling Rangers and Gnome Shadowknights.

*Leaning more on "Specific Starter Quests Weren't In Until Later / The Shorty Hybrid Patch" being a known thing, but if more evidence is necessary I can add it.
