I was working on the Qeynos Badge of Honor Quests and got to the part in the quest where I hand Guard Helminth the Seal of Vegalys. He hands it back and asks if I am ready to complete the mission. I replied back "I am ready to complete the mission." He turns back around and looks at me but the corrupt version never spawns. I tried killing him and respawning him by handing the seal to the investigator laying on the ground but he acted the same way. Screenshot is attached.
