Fairly twinked(Fungi, CoF, Offhand Haste Epic) but seem to struggle with HHK nobles. Usually I end up with 10-20% hp after 1 noble. I remember killing them much easier on my 51 monk. Is there a specific item(other than mainhand slow epic) you guys would suggest for me to solo them easier or are rangers just crap at 51+ soloing?

Bow/DoT them down to 50% before you engage melee. Other than that, there's not much you can do. Rangers are lacking the defensive skills that monks have.

Monks have block, coupled with their increased defence skill means much better avoidance.
Swap the CoF for Earthcaller? 2 worn haste does nothing more than the best worn one does.
You have to turn the frown upside down; Rangers low avoidance is a boon if you only fight things that you can mitigate well against; each time you get hit you improve your dps thanks to thorns! Don't forget to keep all your AC buffs up.

Unfortunately Earthcaller emerald is 100k now.
Hoping to maybe get the sky haste cloak and see if that helps but hasn’t dropped recently.

Sorry to hear that. Good luck getting the haste to drop promptly, can take weeks of sky.
It is possible to bully your sky friends to pretrigger a KoS way before raid and then do a second KoS trigger for when the raid gets to his island.

I’d sugggest rooting and dotting to finish off while you regen up for next fight vs dotting to half before fight. This way you are regaining mana and hp at same time.

They should be amazing exp at 51, to the point where killing 1 intermittently is worth while. Stagger as many spawns as you can manage with harmony. Heal to full. Kill another. Heal to full kil another. 10-20% is the ranger face tanking experience since your DS does so much. On that note, buy a 10 shot DS pot from a shaman and stack it with yours. Should fix the noble being alive too long problem.

hh nobles are really ez for today's gear standards, i am shocked a twinked out ranger like yours is having trouble
i knew rangers weren't as good but didn't know they are THIS screwed, even an enchanter lvl 49 pet can solo a noble....

Monks can also feign when they are below 20% and they will flee along with all the other advantages.

You're not swarmcaller slowing them?
Do that.

Also you can conserve mana by doing the melee bind wound trick during periods where you don't need to cast.
Also you can shoot bow while bind wounding (the trick is to use a /stand hotkey, which lets you re engage auto attack or start shooting again).

Serious about Kilva’s skin of flame. It’s like 400? Per 10 but it’s an enormous boost to your damage output. I didn’t figure that out till 59, but I think I was retaliating with something like a 68 DS farming forager cycle for exp.
If you’re face tanking and having a lot of trouble, one or two pots over an exp session will help a ton.
Also, if you’re getting too hurt.. just root and regen. This is how (face tanking) rangers have to solo. You dropping to 10% a fight isn’t unusual. The advantage you have is that your class can quite literally stare death in the face while relaxing 3ft feet away and recovering. This becomes much more efficient when you get chloroplast mid 50s.
