Bi-monthly rogue gear question

Hello, it is me again with another Rogue gear upgrade question:

Which is the bigger upgrade? Troll-hide belt to RBG or Exquisite Velium Warsword to Exquisite Velium Spear?

The belt upgrade is something like 30 hp and 3 STR whereas the offhand upgrade is from ratio of .57 to .6

And yes I have epic as main hand.

The reason I ask is because I won RBG yesterday and while it is an upgrade I can’t help but wonder what I could use that 20k on.

For what it’s woeth the Velium spear would be pretty much BiS until I can get into VP or NToV from what I understand

Common sense says get the spear, but my heart says keep the belt. It’s a real good belt. Spear is too ugly, but .3 is a substantial upgrade. You know what to do.

rbg is good stats for waist, but its price has been dropping like crazy over the past 2 months, much faster than spear
