Continual crashes/freezes

No sure what is going on. All of a sudden I can't due anything without the game freezing. I can sit in game and be fine, but the instant I try to interact with an NPC or attack a mob, the screen freezes and I'm forced to CTRL+ALT+DEL and force close the game.

I've tried restarting modem and router. I've tried running eqgame.exe as admin. I'm running WinEQ2. I have no idea whats else to try. The game is completely unplayable at the moment for me. Any ideas?

You can disregard. I just said the hell with it and tried a fresh install, everything working fine again. I'm guessing there was a corrupt file somewhere which was causing the crashes. Ive been running around testing for nearly 2 hours now without any issue, so looks like I'm good to go. Mods feel free to delete post.
