Does Phinny display himself holding the Staff of Elemental Mastery: Water if he has it? Or does his unique character model not show it?

Just curious if I can scout him out before trying to get a group together to kill him multiple times.

Looking at screenshots of him, I am seeing him wielding different weapon models. So I'd guess (though I don't KNOW) that he shows it.

Oh nice! I tried looking for some shots of him with a Google image search and just saw him bare handed in all of them.
