Bard LuLL, Issue with song.

Hello, i think there is a Bug with the song Kellin's Lucid Lullaby. There is no graphic, or message saying the song has worked...the issue is, it not working like it was before Kunark...there would be a graphic of the song and a Message saying that the mob has bin Lulled.
