First time in EQ

Hello all this is my first time playing Everquest and im having a blast so far. I'm playing a Elf Enchanter! In game name is Tessabella if anyone ever wants to group sometime in the lower levels add me in game!:)

Also are their any player guilds that are open to accepting new low level players or should I wait until i'm higher level to join a guild?

I went with enchanter as my first character as well.

I'd say Kittens Who Say Meow would be a great guild to join...and there are certainly others as well. Lots of kind folks that can help answer questions, etc.

I've never played a paladin in any game before lol why do you think I would enjoy it? im open to rolling one and trying it! :]

Id definitely join a guild as a first timer. The learning curve is steep and can get frustrating. It’s always nice having a group willing to help if you need it.

Kittens is a great guild.

Enchanter is a tricky class for a total newbie. You might want to try Druid, Paladin, Mage or maybe even Ranger as first character.
